We are proud to be working with some of the best in our profession who share our commitment to providing the best possible service. We’re always looking for ways to highlight the good work that they are doing.
In this spotlight series, we are casting light on recent accomplishments of our clients and partners, those who inspire others to do great things in the world of financial planning.
We believe that everyone has the potential to make a difference, and we are proud to be a part of their journey. Our first luminary is… Warren Shute.
Warren and his practice, Lexington Wealth Management, have been a client of Parafinity for a number of years and have always been hugely impressive; trailblazing in fact.
As well as running a very successful financial planning practice in Wiltshire and authoring a bestselling book The Money Plan offering a practical guide that helps the nation take charge of their financial affairs, Warren’s face can be regularly spotted in the weekend newspapers where he writes a weekly column on all things money.
As if that wasn’t enough to keep a person busy(!), he is now offering his services to fellow financial planners. In his ongoing effort supporting financial education for the nation, Warren and his team at Lexington Wealth Management are now offering a coaching programme for financial planners who are new to the industry or are looking to level up to offer a true, and profitable, financial planning service
The programme will be delivered in-person at their offices on a quarterly basis over 36 months. It includes everything you need to run an effective practice, including:
It’s designed to support new financial planners and those wanting to improve their financial planning experience to develop a wonderful, efficient, and enjoyable business. For a number of years Warren has worked a 4-day week and only 40 weeks of the year, yet as a sole planner he produces seven digit revenue.
Warren says: “All too often, the day-to-day kicks in and it’s hard to step back and take that objective view, set plans and spend time to progress them. I’ve been there myself and understand the challenges involved.
While there are a few structured training programmes for qualified financial planners, none are run by practicing financial planners.
When you engage with your clients on a deeper and more comprehensive level, it’s more fun, enjoyable, and rewarding for everyone involved, including the client, planner and the support team.”
Key benefits: As well as new skills, delegates will benefit from a suite of tools, templates and processes and significant structured CPD credit; but most importantly a group of fellow delegates that you’ll get to know over the three year programme with a similar mindset, outlook and goals.
If you are a financial planner who is looking to improve your skills and knowledge, then the Lexington Wealth Management financial planning coaching programme might be for you. Click here to find out more about Warren and his programme.
